Baramati Tuesday&Friday You can order From friday to monday till 8.00am
Morning 8am-10am for Tuesday slot & for friday slot you can order from tuesday 9.00 am to thursday till 8.00 am
What if I'm not home to receive my order?
When Order dispached You get notification on registerd email and msg on mobile.If your are anable to recive order then order is resheduled after contact with you.
I get product as i orderd?
Yes.we try to deliver products as you order. for that we try to give image of product as real.there is small differece between digitally and reality.it is not is easy to deliver product as image on site.due to colour effect product seen very attractive than reality.
You get Every product fresh,clean and well packed at time of delivery.if there is problem you can register your complaint to our custmer care.
How You maintained hygine till delivery?
We dont touch directly to any product.for this we wear Hand gloves,Approns at every stage for avoid direct touching and maintain hygine.we also follow guidline of food safety.

Register yourself to family farmer portal -> Browse the product on efamilyfarmer.net -> Add product to cart -> Checkout -> Fill delivery info -> choose Paymrnt option -> your order successfully placed -> You get your order at your dorstep.
can i cancel my order?
Yes. You able to cancel your order after 2 hours of order placed
How i cancel order?
To cancel your order, please click on cart option and follow instructions thereon you can cancel the order you want.any problem contact with us directly
After cancellation Of order we refund it within 24 hours for online transitions.
Can i get Invoice copy of my order?
Yes definately you get.
